Due to a significant increase in funding, Crossroads Fife is currently looking for highly motivated caring individuals to join their well-established and professional team of Support Workers throughout Fife.
Crossroads Fife supports individuals with any illness and/or disability in their own home and to access their local community. You will have the opportunity to make a difference to individuals' lives whilst caring for them and providing their full-time family carer with a short break.

Terms and Conditions of Employment
Mileage costs are reimbursed
Fixed working pattern with regular hours and client base
Contributary pension scheme
5.6 weeks' annual leave
Availability for this part-time role (minimum 64 hours over 4 weeks)
Working pattern will include some evening work, and two out of four weekends
Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme Registration and Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) Registration will be required for all successful candidates
It is preferred that candidates hold (although not essential) or be willing to work towards (SVQ2) Social Services and Healthcare SVQ Level 7
A driving licence and use of a car with business insurance is essential
