Lunchtime Learning - How Employer Recruitment Incentives can help your organisation
Created: 28/08/2023FVA (Fife Voluntary Action) lunchtime learning sessions are aimed at raising the skills and capacities of local service providers interested in improving or enhancing their provision in Fife.
Third sector organisations play a key role in growing community capacity and often employability skills in Fife. They are also important employers in their own right. Fife Council coordinate a number of employer recruitment incentives (ERIs) under the banner of the Fife Job Contract. These funds are available to organisations of all sizes and can support salary costs of traineeships or new posts for people who may require a little extra support to make the step into work.
