Since the advent of COVID we are all increasingly aware of looking after our mental health as well as improving our ability to help those around us, whether clients, colleagues or friends and family;
At this session, Alison Ramsay and Amy Brown of the Fife Health and Social Care Partnership will help us:
Understand definitions of mental health and wellbeing;
Understand positive steps everyone can take to increase wellbeing.
