    About the Role

    As a Customer Engagement Officer, you will develop and promote customer engagement across the organisation to empower customers, increase involvement, and develop a range of opportunities for them to influence decisions and improve services.

    You will be responsible for coordinating internal and external customer engagement and scrutiny activities to help increase customer satisfaction. Your role will contribute to the ongoing development and implementation of the organisation's Tenant and Customer Participation Strategy and Action Plan to deliver positive outcomes.

    About You

    You will have good experience in housing or the voluntary sector, experience in a customer-facing role, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service to a range of internal and external customers. You will be customer-focused and have a positive outlook. 

    You will have experience managing projects and of multi-agency partnership working. You’ll be motivated, proactive and organised and have the ability to plan and organise your workload, work on your own initiative, and manage competing demands.  

    You will be required to complete a satisfactory Basic Police Act Disclosure Scotland check and must have a full UK driving licence.
