    About you

    You should be a qualified painter and decorator capable of providing a high quality painting and decorating service to customers. This will include routine and reactive repairs, change of tenancy repairs in void properties, and other categories of repairs and minor works across the organisation's properties and offices. Multiskilled works such as basic joinery, basic plumbing, and tiling will also be required.

    You should be able to work well on your own and as part of a team of multi skilled operatives. Some evening and weekend work will be required to meet the needs of the service. Whilst the depot is based in Glenrothes, you will work at any of the organisation'sproperties or staff bases throughout east central Scotland, Perth, and its surrounding areas. A van, some tools and testing equipment will be provided. A current and valid driving licence is essential.

    You will be required to complete a satisfactory Standard Police Act Disclosure Scotland check.
