    The role

    You'll provide a friendly, efficient and effective first point of contact for OnFife customers and visitors to the library. This includes providing advice and information, logging requests for services, and taking payments. You'll help with the delivery of OnFife services and contribute to the ongoing development of OnFife.

    About You

    You will put customers first, strive to provide an excellent experience to customers and visitors, and have a can-do attitude. Flexibility will be required, and access to transport is necessary as there may be travel throughout the region.
