    Fife Young Carers seeks a creative and energetic individual with experience working with vulnerable children and young people. The successful candidate will have great communication and organisational skills and be able to work sensitively with children and young people. The post holder will be responsible for assisting in the identification and support of young carers in education.

    The main duties will include the planning and delivery of awareness-raising sessions for both pupils and school staff and the development of relevant support networks in the school. To achieve this, the post holder will be required to form links between Fife Education Directorate and Fife Young Carers.

    The position is subject to an enhanced disclosure check.
