    Hours: 7 per week

    This post will involve developing volunteering at the shop, offering opportunities to individuals for self-development and supporting the development of the shop.

    The post holder will establish a range of volunteering opportunities, recruit volunteers, and offer support and encouragement. The role will include arranging training for both volunteers and staff. You will also develop suitable policies and procedures for volunteering activities.

    Excellent communication skills and experience of volunteering are vital.

    The organisation can be flexible about whether the post is through direct employment or via a contract or secondment. The post will be based at the shop with some working from home possible. The post is funded by Binn Wind Farm through Foundation Scotland.
