About the Role
The customer accounts team is responsible for the maximisation of income for the Kingdom Group, and providing customers with advice on welfare reform and assisting them to sustain their tenancies. As a Customer Accounts Officer, you will work to reduce arrears and provide excellent service to customers. You will work closely with other departments and external agencies to build relationships and deliver strategic objectives. You'll also be required to keep up to date with current legislation and provide accurate and relevant advice to both internal and external customers.
About You
You will have experience of working in a busy office environment, have relevant administrative experience, be a confident communicator, and be proficient in multiple digital systems. You should be educated to CIH Level 3 or equivalent qualification in customer service and have a minimum of two years of experience in a customer-focused role. The ability to plan and organise your workload, manage competing demands, and work to tight deadlines is essential, as is the ability to remain calm under pressure.
You will be required to complete a satisfactory Standard Police Act Disclosure Check.
