    What you'll do

    Provide administrative support to the housing team, and be responsible for:

    • assisting with maintaining the team mailbox and worktray
    • creating and processing invoices
    • updating records on a housing management system
    • general administrative tasks
    • calculating rent and service charges, and processing adjustments
    • creating tenancy packs
    • communicating confidently with customers.

    What they're looking for

    A hard-working, enthusiastic team player with strong attention to detail. You should hold qualifications at National 5 Level or equivalent in a relevant subject. Having some experience in delivering excellent customer service is desirable. You should be well-prepared and organised and able to work to tight timescales.

    You will be required to complete a satisfactory Basic Police Act Disclosure Scotland check.

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend an assessment centre comprising an interactive group exercise, an individual task, and a short informal interview.
