About the Role
The organisation is looking for a motivated and organised person to join its housing team. The role will be responsible for providing frontline housing management services to customers within a geographical area.

What they're looking for
You'll have a good working knowledge of the housing sector including experience of dealing with neighbour complaints and estate issues; experience in rent collection would be advantageous. You should be educated to CIH Level 4 in Housing Practice or equivalent.
The ability to plan and organise your workload, manage competing demands, and work to tight deadlines is essential as is the ability to remain calm under pressure.
You will be required to complete a satisfactory Standard Police Act Disclosure Check.
