Fife Employment Access Trust (FEAT) seeks a Project Director for the Flax Mill regeneration programme.
The aim of this commission is to provide leadership, support and direction to the project team in order to successfully deliver the project, including:
- leading the project and planning, coordinating, managing, reviewing and reporting on all client-related activity on the project
- providing leadership to a team made up of FEAT employees, partnership representatives and external consultants
- being the conduit between external communities of interest, consultant teams and internal teams
- ensuring that the project is delivered to meet the needs of the Fife Employment Access Trust and the principal funders- and all statutory requirements- and that the project progresses and is delivered to the desired quality within the programme and budget
- managing stakeholder relations and promoting the project locally, nationally and internationally
- maximising opportunities to deliver core Fife Employment Access Trust objectives through the project delivery and the completed flax mill site and overseeing an activities programme running in tandem with construction works
- ensuring that the project is handed over and closed in accordance with the appropriate guidance frameworks of the principal funders, including developing and delivering an effective 'soft landing' strategy, organising necessary training on systems, undertaking post-project evaluation and archiving key project documentation.
