    IncludeMe seeks a self-motivated individual who can work as part of a small but dynamic team, is professional, person-centred, and creative in their approach, and who is passionate about social justice, human rights and inclusion.

    The Development Worker's role includes working closely with vulnerable adults to understand their needs and wishes, supporting existing advocacy partnerships, recruiting and training local people to become long-term volunteer citizen advocates and, in turn, creating new advocacy partnerships.

    This is a permanent post which covers outreach work in North-East Fife from a home working base in the local area.
