    Created: 09/05/2023

Mental Health Awareness Week 2023 is fast approaching.

It’s a great opportunity to help normalise mental health conversations and to keep mental health on the cultural and political agenda. It's been co-ordinated by the Mental Health Foundation for over 20 years.

This year, the theme is anxiety - by far the theme most commonly requested by stakeholders. With anxiety becoming so common, this week is an opportunity to explore people’s experiences, increase understanding of the key drivers of anxiety, and share advice and support to help reduce anxiety’s toll on our lives.

Here are some of the ways you can get involved:

    Mental Health Awareness Week 2023 runs from 15 - 21 May 2023.
