    News/Events Category: General News

Samh's new Wellbeing on Wheels service is open to anyone over 16, with no appointment or referral required. Wellbeing on Wheels offers peer-led support from SAMH peer workers, who have their own experience of mental health issues and recovery.

The team brings informal, non-judgemental support directly into the heart of communities, offering you information, tools and resources to help self-manage your mental health and wellbeing. This may include support with:

    • low mood or wellbeing

    • low confidence levels

    • feeling isolated or disconnected from your community

    • coping with mental health challenges

    • knowing where to seek further support
