    Post: Plumber Multi-skilled Operative

    Hours: 38 hours per week - Full time

    Salary: £31,399 - £37,195 (Qualification Bar at £33,508) Per Annum

    Location: Glenrothes

    Kingdom Housing Association (KHA) seeks to recruit a Plumber to join its in-house maintenance team and carry out repairs and maintenance works within its properties.  Whilst KHA's Depot is based in Glenrothes, you will be expected to work at and from any other properties operated by us throughout East Central Scotland.

    You will carry out maintenance work in KHA's properties.  You should be a qualified plumber or an advanced plumber and should also be able and willing to carry out some limited multi-trade works when required such as basic joinery work or similar. You will carry out periodic inspections, repairs and alterations to our housing stock and offices. Several years experience in a maintenance environment is desirable.  You will be required to participate in the out of hours emergency on call rota for which an additional allowance will be paid. You must be able to demonstrate a flexible approach and enthusiasm for your work and should be able to work well on your own and as part of a team of multi skilled operatives.

    • A van, some tools and testing equipment will be provided. 
    • A current and valid driving licence is essential.  
    • You will be required to complete a satisfactory Standard Police Act Disclosure Scotland check.
