Kingdom Housing Association (KHA) has 2 exciting opportunities to join its Customer Service Team. Its Customer Service Team is a one-stop shop for customers who wish to obtain housing information and advice, discuss or pay accounts, provide advice and discuss any tenancy issues, report or obtain advice on repairs and neighbour/service complaints.
As a member of the team, you will be dealing with a high volume of engagement from our customers, promoting our services and striving for customer service excellence.
You will have experience of working in a busy call handling environment, have relevant administrative experience, be a confident communicator and be proficient in multiple digital systems including G-Suite packages. You should be educated to HNC/SVQ 3 level. The ability to plan and organise your workload, manage competing demands and work to tight deadlines is essential, as is the ability to remain calm under pressure.
You will be required to complete a satisfactory basic Police Act Disclosure Scotland check.
