The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is looking for caring, supportive, adaptable, approachable, empathetic, fun and positive individuals. As a Bank member of staff, you will cover staff leave, training, sickness and any other staff absences. The Senior Support Worker, who is responsible for the rota, will contact you to see if you are available to help out. As you are not required to do shifts, you can pick and choose the hours/shifts that suit you and work around your other commitments. At this time all new bank staff have to be drivers with access to their own vehicles. Mileage is reimbursed at 45p per mile, for travel between residents' homes. Certain services operate enhanced weekend rates of £14.53 per hour.

The organisation has detailed, thorough induction for all new staff which must be met within a 28-day period therefore you must be able to commit to meeting this during the induction period. For all posts, the induction training takes place in its Glenrothes office.
