The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is looking for caring, supportive, adaptable, approachable, empathetic, fun, and positive individuals across several services in Kirkcaldy. It has various posts available across different teams and services, with full-time, part-time and bank hours available. All posts predominantly cover housing support services with multiple home visits per day, however, the organisation is also hiring for services with sleepover shifts. For sleepover shifts sleepover rates apply.
You do not need to have worked in care to apply as The Fellowship will invest in your qualifications and provide full training through its award-winning learning & development team prior to starting. Due to the nature of its services in this area, the organisation can only accept applications from candidates who have a valid full driving license and access to their own vehicle.
You will be paid for your travel time while on shift and there is also a 45p per mile fuel allowance. Certain services operate enhanced weekend rates of £14.53 per hour. Please note that all posts are offered on a shift pattern basis and will include weekend and public holiday shifts, however, there are shift patterns to suit your availability as a part-time or bank staff member.
