Post: Support Practitioner x 6 posts (with varying responsibilities)

    Hours: Varying shift times

    Salary:  £22,106 per annum

    Location: Leven

The Richmond Fellowship is looking for caring, supportive, adaptable, approachable, empathetic, fun and positive individuals across several services in Levenmouth. The team has two full-time waken night posts in Buckhaven. The shift times are usually 21:00 - 08:00. For this particular role, the organisation is preferably looking for a driver, however, will also consider non-driver applicants; it strongly recommends candidates explore public transport options prior to applying.

Two full-time positions are also available for male applicants in Leven. This is for a 24-hour service therefore you will work sleepover shifts. Shifts start at 09:00 include a sleepover from 23:00 - 07:00, and finish at 09:00 the following day. For this post, you must hold a full driving license as the resident has a mobility car.

In addition, two posts are available for female applicants only, mostly supporting elderly individuals. Drivers with access to own vehicles are essential for this role due to travel required whilst on shift.

For all posts the induction training takes place in our Glenrothes office.

You will be paid for your travel time while on shift and there is also a 45p per mile fuel allowance. Please note that all posts are offered on a shift pattern basis and will include weekend and public holiday shifts, however, the organisation has shift patterns to suit your availability as a part-time or bank staff member. Please feel free to contact 07884 602 630 or [email protected] to discuss your availability.

No previous experience in care is required as full in-house training is provided to all new staff members and the team will invest in you to achieve your SVQ Level 2,

For more information/to apply, please visit The Fellowship's website. The closing date for applications is 27 March 2023.
