    Post: Learning and Development Officer

    Hours: 28 hours per week, flexible hours to be negotiated

    Salary: £26,000 per annum, pro rata, plus access to a wide range of employee benefits.

    Contract: Fixed term until March 2024 initially, with potential for further funding

    Kingdom Community Bank (KCB), the trading name of Kingdom Credit Union Ltd, is a community-based, member-owned financial co-operative, established in 2004 to serve people living or working in Fife. KCB is Fife's largest credit union - providing savings and affordable loans to people who live or work in Fife. It has thousands of members and millions of pounds in assets, with exciting plans for growth in the coming months.

    KCB requires a Learning and Development Officer to join its team at an exciting stage in its growth and development.

    The post holder - for this new project - will develop and deliver basic household financial management and budgeting training materials and resources, promote and deliver learning opportunities and monitor and evaluate uptake and impact. The project will work with Members across the whole of Fife, working in local communities as well as from KCB's premises.

    The successful applicant will have a strong desire to support people from all backgrounds to learn and develop, improving their financial confidence and finances. Patience and excellent communication and training skills will be essential.
