    Coaching and facilitation skills to support the development of personal outcomes and asset based approaches within employability, health, social care and other community-focused services.

    This course runs for 6 days from 21 February to 25 April. It will be important to attend all 6 days of training (dates below).

    PLEASE NOTE:   The course is only available to those who have completed the full 3-day Good Conversations Training course. When booking your place you will be asked to confirm this.   

    About the Course

    The purpose of this course is to develop participants' capacity to grow and embed Good Conversations and Personal Outcomes Approaches within your area of work.

    This training aims to:

    • Deepen your understanding and practice in personal outcomes and asset-based approaches
    • Positively affect team dynamics and individual conversations between colleagues
    • Grow and develop your ability to influence the practice of colleagues and other practitioners
    • Support development of services through the application of small  changes to systems and processes which support a Personal Outcomes Approach
    • Build your confidence and ability to deliver Good Conversations course modules to others

    Course Modules:

    1. Introduction to personal outcomes and asset-based approaches
    2. Brief Conversational Skills which support a Personal outcomes and asset based approach
    3. Reflective Practice
    4. Advanced Facilitative Approaches: Group dynamics
    5. Practical Approaches to Embedding and Sustaining Change in Services
    6. Negotiating and Agreeing Training Contracts. Designing Training Courses
