Time-Out Thursday is for people struggling with stress, mild anxiety, and/or depression. This pilot session aims to help you slow down, focus on the present moment and take pleasure in the small things in a small, supportive group environment. OnFife museum staff, Kirke and Lesley, will introduce you to some beautiful pottery from their collection and provide materials for crafting a decoration to take home.
