It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.

Time-Out Thursday is for people struggling with stress, mild anxiety, and/or depression. This pilot session aims to help you slow down, focus on the present moment and take pleasure in the small things in a small, supportive group environment.

OnFife museum staff, Kirke and Lesley, will introduce you to some beautiful pottery from their collection and provide materials for crafting a decoration to take home.

This activity takes place at Dunfermline Carnegie Library and Galleries (Bruce Room), 1 Abbott St, Dunfermline, KY12 7NL at 14:00 on 17 November 2022.
