    Salary: £27,378 - £29,094 per annum

    Contract: Permanent/Full Time

    The Richmond Fellowship Scotland (TRFS) is looking for enthusiastic, resilient, proactive, committed, and charismatic individuals to join its team in Buckhaven. This post is full time and we are looking for applications from drivers with access to their own vehicle preferably. You will be responsible for leading varied and complex services for 4 young male individuals in a shared living environment. As a Senior Support Worker, your duties will involve managing and mentoring a team of support staff, identify training needs, writing detailed support plans, completing risk assessments, rota management and participating in regular review meetings. An important part of the role is to develop your staff team to promote, implement and maintain meaningful activities and relationships for the individuals in a person-centred way.
