    Hours: 36 hours per week

    Salary: £24,309 – £27,312.43

    Location:  Bankhead

    Contract: Permanent

    On Fife has a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join its Operations Management team as a Fleet Officer.  You will be responsible for leading and coordinating a team of 15 people across our fleet service operations consisting of 2 mobile libraries, a home delivery service and the courier and handyperson service who ensure constant movement of stock around the OnFife venues and carry out various repair and maintenance jobs at our libraries.

    You’ll be a key figure, responsible for the promotion and continuous improvement of all services within the fleet department, ensuring all customers are receiving an exceptional customer experience and reliable service.  Planning and coordinating routes and schedules for the team is a key part of the role.  You’ll be passionate about people management and ensure your team have robust training and development plans in place.  You’ll have responsibility for administrative, budgetary and financial tasks while ensuring safe working practices across the fleet service.  As a member of our Operations Management team, you’ll work closely with various teams across OnFife to maintain and improve our customer experience and services.
