    Post: Project Assistant

    Salary: £22,784 to £25,106 per annum

    Location: Glenrothes

    Kingdom Housing Association (KHA) has an exciting opportunity to join its Capital Investment administration team as a Project Assistant and contribute to our Affordable Housing Programme.  You will provide administrative support to the team including collating new homes guides and property schedules, preparing reports, recording financial transactions, processing repairs, and updating its digital systems. 

    KHA is looking for a motivated, driven and customer-focused person with a passion to ensure the best outcome for its customers.  You will be a confident communicator with the ability to work effectively on your own and collaboratively as part of the team.  It is essential that you are able to plan and organise your workload with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines.    

    You will be educated to SVQ 3 level with proven administrative experience and have proficient IT skills with a strong working knowledge of software packages such as Google Suite.   

    You will have a driving licence and access to a car for business use.  You will be required to complete a satisfactory Standard Police Act Disclosure Scotland check.
