  • The Scottish Gambling Education Hub Survey

    Created: 27/09/2022, Updated: 01/10/2022
    News/Events Category: General News

The Scottish Gambling Education Hub (SGEH) has launched a 10 minute survey to gain feedback from students attending University or College in Scotland.

SGEH wants to hear what Scottish students think about gambling, cryptocurrency, and the connections between gambling and gaming like loot boxes, and also wants to know what could be done to support students and prevent harm from gambling and related technologies.

SGEH has teamed up with RCA Trust and Tackling Gambling Stigma to find out more about what students across Scotland think about these issues. The survey will be conducted each year, serving as a benchmark for Scottish students’ views.

SGHE is running this survey to help inform harm prevention programmes and wider conversations about gambling harm experienced by students.
