News/Events Category: General NewsLinkLiving's exciting new health and wellbeing programme - Moving On Up - aims to support young people (aged 16-19 and living in Falkirk and Fife) to learn new skills, build confidence and realise their goals for the future.
Young people will receive support from a dedicated project worker for a period of up to 52 weeks, who will provide tailored support covering mental health, resilience, and life skills.
The team is running the programme in Falkirk at Link Academy and in Fife at West Bridge Mill, Kirkcaldy, where there will be a range of activities, group work and 1-2-1 support.
