    Created: 26/07/2022
    News/Events Category: Job Vacancies

    Post: Support Practitioner (male only)

    Hours: Variable Hours

    Salary: £21,294 per annum

    Location: Buckhaven

    Contract: Permanent

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland has 3 posts for male applicants, based in Buckhaven. One of the posts has predominantly day shifts (8am-9pm) with some night shifts on a rotational basis (9pm-8am). The other post would be a fully waken night post. Induction training for both of these roles takes place in Glenrothes. In this role, the jobholder will be looking after 4 residents of different ages, all living at one location, and in additional to the induction training, will undergo Crisis Aggression Limitation Management (CALM) training. For this particular role we are preferably looking for a driver, however will also consider non-driver applicants. You will be paid for your travel time while on shift and there is also a 45p per mile fuel allowance. Please note that these posts are offered on a shift pattern basis and will include weekend and public holiday shifts.

No previous experience in care is required as the organisation provides full in-house training to all new staff members and will even invest in you to achieve your SVQ Level 2, so even if this is a new career path for you, the team would love to meet you. What matters most is that you have the right values and the right attitude.

For more information/to apply for this role, please visit The Richmond Fellowship Scotland's website. The closing date for applications is 12 August 2022.
