Compassionate and trauma informed services and workplaces are important. Fife Psychology Staff Support Service alongside Transforming Psychological Trauma Implementation Co-ordinators are pleased to offer a 2 1/2 hour online workshop to explore compassionate and trauma-informed leadership.
The workshops are open for anyone in NHS, Health and Social Care Partnership, Fife Council, or any third sector organisation in Fife, with the eligibility criteria being that you are in a leadership or line management role.
This workshop is developed with operational managers and organisational leaders in mind and aims to:
Consider your needs as workers at work
Discuss the benefits - to workers and organisations - of trauma-informed and compassionate workplaces
Explore what compassionate and trauma informed leadership looks and feels like - for leaders and for workers
Take time to think about what compassionate and trauma-informed leadership might mean in real terms for your own team or service
Make space to think about your own needs as a compassionate leader
Identify your hopes for your team and your future intentions as a compassionate leader
