    Equal Voice is running a series of three Mindfulness Practices Events for Fifers to come along to relax and relieve their stress.

    Activities include breathing mediation, body tapping - activation, self-applied acupressure points, and much more.

    The events will take place from 13:00 - 15:00 on 01, 15, and 29 July 2022
