    Created: 01/06/2022
    News/Events Category: General News

The Volunteering Action Plan aims to create a Scotland where everyone can volunteer, more often, and throughout their lives. The Plan builds upon Volunteering for All: The National Framework, which sets out clearly and in one place a coherent and compelling narrative for volunteering.

The framework provides a coherent and compelling narrative for volunteering; defines the key outcomes desired for volunteering over the next ten years; and identifies (some of) the key data and evidence to inform, indicate and drive performance.

The Volunteering Action Plan provides ‘actions on the ground’ achieved through co-production, learning and a spirit of reciprocity and is designed to provide actions over a 10-year period as a living plan.

The launch of the Volunteering Action Plan with take place at The Gathering, organised by SCVO on 15 June.
