Lunchtime Learning – How To Recognise and Support Fife’s Adult Carers
Created: 13/05/2022, Updated: 26/07/2022FVA lunchtime learning sessions are aimed at raising the skills and capacities of local service providers, and their partners, interested in improving or enhancing their provision in Fife.
Being an unpaid carer for someone because of illness, disability, frailty or addiction is something that affects many of us at one point or another in our lives and it can have significant impacts on the life of the person providing care. As service providers, we need to think carefully about how we best support people who are struggling invisibly with the burdens of life through their role as an adult carer. This includes being able to identify them as carers to start with.
