- remove barriers to learning for the most marginalised people in society;
- improve life chances for adult learners; and
- ensure accessible opportunities for adults to learn throughout their lives
This new strategy includes details on Community-Based Adult Learning which is mainly delivered by local authorities, colleges and third sector organisations. Read how the strategy aims to develop this work over the next five years:
