Creative and Cultural Skills are a social enterprise working to create fair and inclusive opportunities for young people within the creative and cultural sectors.

This is done by raising awareness and shaping skills, education and employment best practice. We provoke action and enable learning opportunities that drive change and help to build an inclusive skilled sector.

Creative and Cultural Skills are hosting online from May through July on a wide range of fair recruitment practices aimed at employers working with freelancers and interested in understanding volunteering in the creatives sector in line with Scotland's Fair Work First Framework.
