    Created: 06/05/2022
    News/Events Category: General News

An Independent Evaluation of the Individual Training Accounts (ITAs) scheme, commissioned by the Scottish Government, is currently underway.

It will provide an understanding of the impact the scheme has made on supporting individuals to retrain, develop new skills, enter/re-enter the workforce and progress and on tackling inequality, as well as recommendations for its future delivery. Pending the results and recommendations of the evaluation, ITAs will continue as normal in financial year 2022-23 providing people who are unemployed or in low paid work with the opportunity to access £200 towards training.
