    Post: Assistant Short-term Housing Support Worker (STHS)

    Hours: 36 hours per week

    Salary: £19,694

    Location: Kirkcaldy

    Frontline Fife is a mid-sized charity that works to end homelessness by taking preventative action and by supporting people to choose the life they aspire to. As part of its wider response to Fife's Rapid Rehousing Transition plan, its team is now seeking to recruit individuals wishing to assist vulnerable people who are at risk of or who have experienced homelessness. If you can demonstrate a commitment to client focused working, are keen to develop professional skills in housing support and trauma informed practice and want to be part of a diverse team which is committed to inclusion and achieving the best possible outcomes for people, then Frontline Fife wants to hear from you.

    Successful candidates taking up a client-facing role are subject to PVG Disclosure checks and must have a current driving license or willingness to achieve this in the first year. Successful candidates securing a post regulated by the Care Inspectorate must register with the SSSC and must meet the required standards for the post within the permitted time as directed by the SSSC.
