    If you're a parent or carer who would like a calmer home life, join Cyrenians Scottish Centre for Conflict Resolution at 12:00 on Thursday 12 May 2022, for ‘Cranial Cocktail: Mind and Body Connections’, a free online event about understanding the effects of neuro-chemicals on our mental and physical health. Following the informal but informative 45-minute session, you will be able to:

    • Recognise the connection between the feelings in our bodies and brains
    • Understand the importance of the brain and body connection
    • Understand the effects of neuro-chemicals on our mental and physical health 
    • Learning awareness of our emotional states through our awareness of our physical feelings
