    Post: Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC) Support and Advocacy Worker

    Hours: 36 hours per week

    Salary: £22,688.64 - £25,384.32 per annum (position on scale dependent on experience)

    Fife Women's Aid (FWA) is looking for a full-time support and advocacy worker to join its existing MARAC team, working with women experiencing domestic abuse who are at high levels of risk. If you want to help make a difference in the lives of women, children and young people with experience of domestic abuse, have direct experience of providing one-to-one person-centered support along with good interpersonal skills then this may be the job role for you. Applicants will have at least 2 years' experience of working in a support or advocacy role. The MARAC team is a small supportive team with a wealth of experience to share with new workers. Specialist knowledge regarding MARAC is not necessary as training will also be provided for the successful candidate.

Good communication skills and an ability to work effectively with a range of multi-agency partners is essential.
