It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.

Fife Health and Social Care Partnership has commissioned training sessions on The Coach Approach for interested health and social care staff.  The Coach Approach is all about how to have effective conversations which support people to think through their own solutions and change behaviours for the long term.  It is a powerful skill that anyone can learn and can be used to discuss any topic.  These are currently being aimed at those with a line management responsibility.

Training is delivered through MS Teams.  But in advance of committing to the training, you are invited to come along to an information session to find out more about The Coach Approach.  These are short, 45 mins sessions.  If you would like to attend one of these sessions, please use the relevant link below on the day:

The training course has limited places, but if it is something that you think you will be interested in, the dates you need to be available for this 2nd cohort are:

    • Wednesday 11 May - 09:30 - 16:30
    • AND
    • Wednesday 18 May - 09:30 - 12:30

    • Wednesday 08 June - 09:30 -12:30

As with the information session, these will be delivered through MS Teams by a company called Animate.  Please ensure you are able to commit to ALL 3 sessions.

If you are interested in the Coach Approach Training, but are unable to attend an information session, please e-mail [email protected] to express your interest, confirming that you have protected the time in your diary for the training.
