Getting feedback on health and social care services is really important to building, learning, and improving on what we do. It is also a great way to say thanks and show appreciation.

If you are unfamiliar with the Care Opinion, it is a place where people can share experiences of health or care services and make them better for everyone. The Care Opinion makes it safe and simple to share stories online and see other people’s stories and how these stories are leading to change. To see more click here.

The Care Opinion is running a number of webinars over the next few months including:

    • Framing the ask to patients and service users
    • Responding to stories about mental health services
    • How to respond and demonstrate impact
    • Invitation links
    • Encouraging feedback.

For more information and to register head to the training page on the Care Opinion platform here.
