  • Employability Services Flexible Dynamic Purchasing System

    Created: 25/02/2022
    News/Events Category: Funding and Finance

The Employability Services Flexible Dynamic Purchasing System – published by Scotland Excel - is the new national framework for the procurement of employability services, including those relating to the No One Left Behind (NOLB) strategy.

It is being developed and the process for joining the framework is now live on the Public Contracts Scotland (PCS) web portal

The Flexible DPS is intended to run alongside and complement local commissioning arrangements and provisions.

Use of the DPS is not mandatory, each council will decide whether to use the DPS based on a number of factors, including wider commissioning strategies (the DPS does not provide detail on local commissioning/plans).

This Contract Notice's deadline date is 17 March 2022.
