    Post: Administration Officer

    Hours: This is a permanent post with contracted hours negotiable between 24-36 hours per week. Work will be delivered over a five-day week but may include some evening and weekend work as required.

    Salary: £22,018 to £24,309 pro rata

    The Fife Coast and Countryside Trust (FCCT) is seeking an Administration Officer to join its dynamic and effective Support Services team. FCCT is an organisation driven by a passion for Fife and committed to developing and delivering high-quality, impact led projects for the benefit of people and nature.

    As an Administration Officer with Fife Coast & Countryside Trust, the successful candidate will be asked to complete a number of regular and ad-hoc tasks to aid in the smooth operation of Support Services and the wider operations. The successful candidate should be able to clearly demonstrate experience of providing a customer-oriented approach and delivering a service that is responsive to the varied needs of managerial, administrative and operational teams. Essential Characteristics:

    • Educated to SCQF Level 7, including HNC or Advanced Higher, in a subject relevant to the post Comprehensive administrative skills, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in an office environment Experience of MS Office packages, Word Excel etc.
    • Ability to provide a consistent and effective service.
    • Experience of working with minimum supervision in an environment of change and challenge, demonstrating resilience and flexibility with competing demands.
    • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
    • Knowledge of data protection and other relevant legislation.
    • Experience of preparing, processing and producing a variety of documents including reports and minutes.
    • Ability to work as part of a team.
