    Post: Organisational Support Assistant

    Hours: 36 hours per week

    Salary: £21,147 per annum

    Location: Glenrothes

    Contract: Temporary (1 Year Maternity Cover)

    Kingdom Housing Association (KHA) is the parent organisation within the Kingdom Group and is one of the leading providers of affordable housing in East Central Scotland.

    KHA is looking for a motivated and organised person to provide quality administrative and organisational support to the Chief Executive Department and Management Team. Answering queries on all aspects of Kingdom through the main contact e-mail box and by telephone. As part of the Organisational Support team, provide direct administrative and clerical support to the PA to the Chief Executive, through undertaking tasks that support the work of the Chief Executive Department.  KHA promotes a healthy work/life balance and will consider flexible working options to support this. This role will be hybrid working, although you may be required to work primarily from the office, to begin with, due to the nature of the role.

    You will have experience of working in an administrative role, be a confident communicator and be proficient in digital systems, preferably G-Suite packages. You should be educated to HNC/SVQ 3 level. The ability to plan and organise your workload, work to tight deadlines, and have strong attention to detail is essential. You will be required to complete a satisfactory basic Police Act Disclosure Scotland check.
