OnFife has a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join as a Supervisor overseeing one of its clusters of community libraries. The busy, vibrant cluster consists of Templehall, Burntisland, Kennoway and Buckhaven Libraries. This is a mobile position, therefore the ability to drive is essential. Your responsibilities will include ensuring excellent customer service is delivered relating to all library services offered, as well as all aspects of people management, along with supporting the day-to-day operations within the venues. As a member of our Operations Management Team, you’ll work closely with various teams across OnFife to maintain and improve our customer experience.
You’ll be an experienced people manager who loves a challenge, excels at building strong relationships and has a passion for providing excellent customer service. You’ll also have a strong IT skill along with an understanding of Health & Safety in the workplace.
