    Created: 07/01/2022
    News/Events Category: Training and Learning

    When: 14:30 - 15:15, Thursday 13 January 2022
    Where: Microsoft Teams
This event is being organised by Fife Health and Social Care Partnership
This particular event is free to attend, so no payment is required.

It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.

As part of Scottish Government Funding to Fife Health and Social Care Partnership, training sessions have been commissioned on The Coach Approach. The Coach Approach is all about how to have effective conversations which support people to think through their own solutions and change behaviours for the long term. It is a powerful skill that anyone can learn and can be used to discuss any topic. These are currently being aimed at those with a line management responsibility.

We have confirmation that there are spaces reserved on the training sessions for third sector line managers working in health and social care.

In advance of committing to the training, you are invited to come along to an information session to find out more about The Coach Approach. These are short, 45 minutes sessions, delivered through MS Teams.

    • 15:30 on Tuesday 11 January 2022 - book a place here.
    • 14:30 on Thursday 13 January 2022 - book a place here.

The training course has limited places, but if it is something that you think you will be interested in, the dates you need to be available for this first cohort are:

    • 09:30 - 16:30 on 03 February 2022.
    • 13:30 - 16:30 on 10 February 2022.
    • 13:30 - 16:30 on 21 February 2022.

You must attend one of the above information sessions to then request a space to join the training (which is also delivered through MS Teams). If you are unable to attend an information session but are interested in the training, please e-mail [email protected] or call on 0800 389 6046 to discuss this further.
