    Post: Evening Receptionist

    Hours: 10 hrs per week. Cover is required on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday for approx. 3 hours each but may vary over time.

    Salary: £9.00 per hour

    Location: Dunfermline.

    Safe Space is looking to recruit an Evening Receptionist to join its team. You must have:

    • experience of customer/client-focussed reception work desirable;
    • good telephone skills and working knowledge of MS Office; and
    • awareness of/sensitivity to the needs of vulnerable groups.

    Main duties include:

    • welcoming clients;
    • taking phone calls (including client referrals);
    • assisting counsellors and volunteers as required;
    • updating calendar, and securing premises at the close of business.

    Full training will be given to the successful applicant. The post holder must hold PVG clearance. Please e-mail [email protected] for the application pack. The closing date for applications is Tuesday 30 November.
