Working Hours: 21hrs per week (depending on successful applicant)
Duration: Two year fixed term contract

Reporting to: Lived Experience Team and Peer Support Network CoordinatorsFife Voluntary Action (FVA) is the third sector interface for the Fife Council area. We are an independent charity that receives funding from key public sector agencies to ensure the third sector is robust, resilient, and delivers high-quality services for the people of Fife.
From Struggle to Strength supports people with lived experience of poverty or trauma as a result of poor mental health and/or unemployment through the combined work of our Lived Experience Team and Mental Health Peer Support Network. The successful applicant will have personal experience of both mental health challenges and unemployment and will work closely with the project team to deliver practical and administrative support to the project.
