The Life Changes Trust is hosting this year's 'Community and Dementia: Creating Better Lives’ learning event.
The Trust has come to the end of three years of work with people living with dementia, unpaid carers of people with dementia, communities and stakeholders from the independent and statutory sectors in all fourteen health board areas to learn about what is needed to create better lives and influence dementia policy and practice at a local level.
You are now invited to a final webinar bringing together a summary of the learning from across Scotland, which will be chaired by Dr Kainde Manji, Project Manager of ‘About Dementia’ (which is hosted by Age Scotland and is one of our national legacy partners)
