    The Women’s Fund for Scotland (WFS) makes grants to projects across Scotland that support women’s development, self-sufficiency, and social and economic equality. It makes grants across six key themes:

    1. Building skills and confidence
    2. Improving health and well-being
    3. Growing social connections
    4. Moving on from abuse
    5. Developing leadership and innovation
    6. Combating poverty and building financial resilience

    The fund supports women’s organisations, especially those run by and for women, community-based organisations running projects with women and girls, and projects supporting disadvantaged women and girls.

    Who can apply

    Organisations with an annual turnover of greater than £1m are not eligible for funding. Priority will be given to those organisations with an annual turnover not greater than £500,000.

    Apply using the online form on the Foundation Scotland website.

    When to apply

    The deadline for applications is 10 January 2022.
